All straw woven items may not keep perfect straight shape when you receive the parcel. It is nomral situation caused by packing and transportation. Don't worry about it! There is a very simple way to resume it back to straight. Just get some water to wet the straw (wet enough to make the straw from curly to straight), then lay the whole wall decor on a flat surface for few hours (until it is dry). The straw will become perfect straight again after totally dried. We will include a tip paper inside the package to teach you how to get the straw back to straight.
